Lab kit

This kit contains lab materials for participants to complete the modules Bacteria Are Everywhere and Food Handling is a Risky Business. Additional items needed for the labs are described in the Food Safety FIRST online course and in Science and our Food Supply.

16 poured petri dishes containing nutrient agar
16 sterile cotton swabs
16 small pieces petri film
3 pairs vinyl gloves
10 alcohol swabs (packaged isopropanol swabs)
refrigerator and dial thermometers
