How to Enroll -

Food Safety FIRST consists of two separate, 5-week modules:

Food Handling is a Risky Business - click here to enroll in the February 5 to March 11, 2007 session.

Bacteria are Everywhere - click here to enroll in the April 2 to May 6, 2007 session.

 

These modules are offered several times throughout the year. Once you complete a module, if you would like a Certificate of Completion it will be made available to you for a fee of $50. Directions will be provided at the end of the course.
